your salary must be minimum 250KD and take copies of your parents passport, your civil id, work permit, house rent contract. Also you need to get relationship affidavit from your country embassy and get attested by ministry of foreign affairs. Attach all these papers with application form and submit in your area passport office. you should get it without any problem.
