Employees curently working on Arifjan for HTSI and hold visa 18. Have no salary accounts and no pay by local sponsor. Company Rep says they were exempt from Kuwait Labor Law and has refused to pay for previous years worked. Is this company operating illegally with the aid of sponsor? Is the Kuwait Gov't aware? What can the Kuwait Gov't do to this US Comapny?
