Release from current sponser

Currently I'm working in Kuwait. I have completed 3 years with my current sponsor and I got good offer in another company. Can I get release from the current sponsor?

If you were hired from abroad after 3 years you can get release. if you were hired from local after 1 year you can get release. If you face any problem you can file a compliant in ministry of labor.
