Procedure for Driving License
I am currently applying for a driving license and I believe that I fulfill all requirements:
1-I have been in Kuwait for over 20 years.
2-My current salary is above KD 400
3-I hold a Masters Degree certificate
Now I am Filipino but I obtained my Bachelors and Masters Degree in an Indian institute and my certificates have been attested in India already. On the submission of my papers I was told that I need to get it stamped from my country of origin. I am unsure of how to go about with this. Can anyone point me to the right direction?

1. What's your designation in salary certificate if you don't mind
