When I send all my original documents (including original entry  visa) to my wife in the Philippines, the courier service (LBC) somehow lost all documents during transit. They found that the pouch was tore open and all documents are missing.

Is there a way for the immigration to issue another visa for my wife? Do I have to cancel the existing entry visa and apply for a new one? Can the immigration immediately issue a new visa right away without going through all the long process?
