Hello
I have been working in a company for 2 and half years. My salary is KD 500(450/- Basic + 10/- Home Rent + 40/- Indemnity). I did not take any leave in my contract.
Now am I supposed to get any indemnity as company already included in my salary? Also what about my Leave Salary? As per the new labour law, am I supposed to get full 2 and half years leave salary?
