Follow the procedure as below:
1. Your salary should be minimum 250KD to apply for dependent visa.
2. You need to get the marriage certificate attested by your country home department and Kuwait embassy in your country. Then translate your marriage certificate and attest in Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Justice in Kuwait.
3. Fill the application form (Go to any typing center they will do it for you).
4. Take copy of your Civil Id, Your Passport (residence page), Marriage Certificates, Work permit, Your wife's passport copy and some photos, 3KD stamp and attach with the application form.
5. Then go to your area passport office and apply, Take all original documents with you. if everything is ok you will get the visa at the same time.
6. Then send the original visa and copies of your ids to your country for visa stamping.
