for the release concern
i wanted to resign the company im working right now,,but im still finished my 1yr contract.. because according to the rules of my company 3yr is the released?
but according to my friend the new kuwait law now will release 1year,,how true? and please added to this i want to know where is shuon? the labor here in kuwait i really need to know to confirm this issue badly..thank you

If you were hired locally (inside Kuwait) then you have to complete 1 year. If you were hired from abroad then you have to complete 3 years to get release.
