Respected sir,

I am working in a consturction company for past 1 1/2 yr. I am not satisfied with the management and the system how things work in here. I came to this company on there resident permit Visa 18. I wish to take release and search for new job. I expressed my desire in doing so, but was declined stating i am not entitle for release before 3 yr of which i have completed 1 1/2 yr. Kindly advice how i can procure release from this employer.
